There are 4 possible reasons as to why this is happening. Please try each solution until your issue is resolved.
Reason 1: Invalid API Key #
SOLUTION: Please click on the below link, which will take you to the Woocommerce support page to generate a new API key, then reconnect your WooCommerce store to EIZ.
Reason 2: The Legacy API is not enabled #
SOLUTION: To enable the legacy REST API within WooCommerce, go to WooCommerce > Settings >
Advanced > Legacy API and tick the Enable the legacy REST API checkbox
Reason 3: IP restriction in WooCommerce settings #
SOLUTION: Change the IP restriction settings. Click on the link below which will take you to a webpage for external help. NOTE: Please seek professional help if you’re unsure of this solution. These solutions are suggestions from other external resources not managed by EIZ.
Reason 4: Network issues #
SOLUTION: Please wait and refresh.
