Before integrating your Catch account into EIZ, you’ll need to retrieve an API key from your Catch account. Follow the instructions below to do this, then continue on with the EIZ integration section.
How to retrieve an API key from Catch #
PLEASE NOTE: This information may be outdated, please contact Catch support if what you see in your Catch account differs from these steps.
1 – Login to your Catch control panel
2 – Click user setting on the top right corner of the page
3 – Click API Key Tag, this will show the needed API information
How to Integrate Catch #
Login to Shipmarvel > Integrations > Channels > click the Add more Store icon:
Locate the Catch icon and click Select:
Enter in the API Key you retrieved above and click Next:
Once your Catch account is connected, go back to the Integrations section where you’ll see your Catch store icon. Click the Syncing toggle to blue, your orders will start coming into EIZ and you can begin processing.
