When assigning your carriers in EIZ, you may encounter an issue where your carrier shipping quotes are not being displayed in the red boxes indicated below in the screenshots:
To try and resolve this we will try to re-validate the current API key. Please follow the instructions below that relate to the carrier which you are experiencing this issue with:

SHIPPER #
Login to EIZ Shipper > Dashboard > Couriers section > Click on the Setting icon see image below:
Once the Settings page opens, click the Validate and Save button.
Test if you are able to see any shipping quotes, if not, please contact our tech support team via email on support@eiz.com.au for further investigations.
If you receive an error message that states you have an invalid API key or a failed authentication request, please generate a new API key, replace the old one in EIZ then validate and save. If you continue to experience the same issue with the new API Key, please contact our tech support team.
FULFILLMENT #
Login to EIZ Fulfillment > Click Settings > Click Carriers > Click Edit as shown in the image below:
You will then see the Carrier Settings page, then find the API Settings and click Edit as shown in the image below:
The Edit button will then change to a Validate button as shown below, then click the Validate button to validate the current Merchant Token, and then click Save at the bottom right corner of the Carrier Settings page.
Test if you are able to see any shipping quotes, if not, please contact our tech support team via email on support@eiz.com.au for further investigations.
